Description
This very large and beautiful handmade basket is a beautiful representation of Native American culture from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. Measures 14 inches wide x 11 inches tall. The intricate corn husk pattern speaks to the artistry and skill of the weaver. This piece is from the United States and comes with no known ownership history. See all photographs and details as No Returns. It is a unique addition to any collection of Native American artifacts. No real damage that I can see other than some light “use stains” on the bottom base that are not visible when displaying. Plus, the rim looks fine. The basket is NOT a tourist piece and was tribally used to gather corn. I have never found one this large or in better condition— A real eye-catcher center piece to your collection.
